Lago di Piediluco is the second lake other than Lago Trasimeno in Umbria. This lake is an ideal spot for a small picnic with some Italian panini and a bottle of Lungarotti wine to complement with the natural beauty of the lake. For more comfort, there are a few restaurants with windows offering charming views of the lake and offering traditional Umbrian cuisine.

The lake is a popular choice for canoeing and various lake sports. Occasionally there are seagulls swimming near the canoes or boats which seemed to extend their hospitality to the visitors.
