The Sunday Times Be A Penfolds Winemaker Workshop

We had a chance to try the blending of Grenache , Shiraz and Mouvedre grapes. I was indeed lucky to get the closest in determining the proportion of the 3 varietals. For Bin 138 , it was 60% Grenache, 35% Shiraz and 5% Mouvedre. (My prediction was 60% G / 30% S / 10% M )

I walked away with a bottle of Bin 138 courtesy of Penfolds.
