1. Domaine Du Pegau Châteauneuf-Du-Pape Cuvée Reservee Blanc 2008 750ml White
Wine Spectator: A fresh, crisp style, with lime, pippin apple and floral notes backed by a hint of blanched almond.
Process:
Fermented under temperature-controlled condition. Aged for 3 months in stainless steel and bottled under sterile filtration.

2. Domaine De La Janasse Châteauneuf-Du-Pape ‘Chaupin’ 2006 750ml Red
Robert Parker: This wine’s deep ruby/purple hue is followed by a phenomenal nose of black cherry liqueur, melted liquorice, incense, asphalt, truffles and a hint of earth. This dense, full-bodied effort is a candidate for wine of the vintage.
Process:
Cold maceration for 2 to 4 days on some granche parcels (mostly sandy soils). 30% of the wines are aged in bar¬rels (of which 25% are new) and 70% of the wines are aged in vats.

3. Clos Des Papes Châteauneuf-Du-Pape 2003 375ml Red
Robert Parker: This wine has a dense ruby/purple-tinged color and a wonderfully sweet nose of raspberry, blackberry, and kirsch liqueur intermixed with Chinese black tea and licorice. It is full-bodied and voluptuous, but once past all the glycerin and beautiful, dense fruit of this full-bodied wine, there is striking purity, elegance, finesse, and surprising freshness.
Process:
Fermented in foudres instead of small barrels. Aged for 12 months in big old oak barrels.
Grape Variety:
65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah and 5% Vaccaresse, Muscardin and Counoise
