Crème de Cassis
Tasting:
Deep red colour. Sweet, rich and fruity blackcurrant flavour and it is a popular addition to a variety of cocktail. Crème de Cassis can be also be added to Champagne to make delicious Kir Royale. The berries are guaranteed commune of Dijon.
Blend: 55% Noir de Bourgogne, 45% Black Down
Peach Liqueurs
Tasting:
The nose is elegant and fine quite as the expression of the fruit. The mouth is also pleasant and sweet, evolving the fruity flavour of riped peach aroma.
Blend: Peach condensed juice, alcohol, sugar, flavoring agents
Raspberry Liqueurs
Tasting:
Fresh raspberries are placed on arrival in neutral alcohol to extract all the aromatic principles of this delicate fruit. This cream can be used in preparing desserts or fruit based appetizers, or better yet in fresh cocktails.
Blend: Raspberry condensed juice, alcohol, sugar, flavouring agents
Chocolate Liqueurs
Tasting:
The nose is already very powerful, evoking the intense dark chocolate. In mouth all the flavours of the dark chocolate and the roasted cocoa beans express themselves and leave place to a smooth finale.

Triple Sec Liqueurs
Tasting:
The nose is exuberant and the aromas of citrus fruits spring from the glass. The attack is powerful and coated by the sweetness of the sugar. The flavour of bitter oranges shows itself successively of the orange blossom up to the zest, letting appear a light point of characteristic bitterness in finale.
Blend: Distillate of bitter orange peels, sugar, alcohol, colouring agent free
Kir Royal ®
Tasting:
This wine is characterized by a beautiful foam forming a pretty cord around the glass, the nose is fine, delicate and is marked by a pleasant quite ripe blackcurrant note spouting out of the glass. In mouth the attack is fresh and the fine and delicate bubbles come to be burst on the palate leaving a long lasting and intense flavour on the tongue.
Blend: Blackcurrant berries in alcohol mixed with sparkling wine
