2008 07 25 - The Singapore Garden Festival

2008 07 25 - Singapore Philatelic Museum @ 23B Coleman Street

Collecting stamps has been one of my hobbies since my primary school days.

When I visted the museum on Friday night, I saw some of the old stamps of Singapore featuring the ships ( e.g. junk boats ) and racial diversity ( e.g lion dance) . I recalled those days when I exchanged stamps with my primary school friends. Quite nostalgic!

As a souvenir for the visit to the Singapore Philatelic Museum( SPM ), I bought this set of stamps from Vietnam featuring orchids.
