Did you know…The Domaine du Colombier property is run by a father and son team, Gabriel and Florent Viale. With more than 80 years of history, the estate started by the Viale family owns part of the two vineyards namely Beaume and Les Diognieres. They pride themselves on using traditional vinification processes in order to enhance the fine aromas and fruitiness of the wine.

The wine… Light red with some chalky, licorice and smoke notes. The tannins are a bit rustic on the finish.
