Brotzeit at Raffles City used to be occupied by Menotti, an italian restaurant.

We had our pre-Oktoberfest gathering at Brotzeit @ Raffles City. The 9 of us ordered 2 pork knuckles platter and 2 sausage platter. The food was not too salty and goes well with the beer. Prost!
