Product and Tasting Notes
Voted 94 / 100 by wine critic James Halliday, the Shot Bull is an intense red colour. Luscious and concentrated it displays raspberry and redcurrant aromas over clove and white pepper with hints of chocolate from the new French oak. The palate is opulent but controlled. Fine grain tannins coupled with fruit sweetness and a touch of warmth from alcohol deliver a complex and elegant wine.
